Tim was fantastic to work with. He's a great communicator. By the end of our first meeting, we knew exactly what our sales strategy was and how it all runs. Tim communicated after each open house and gave an assessment of success and how we were going. Great negotiations with potential buyers in the end and sealed a deal quickly and got a great price.
